my camera is in black and white. How do I change it to color?

Go into Skype settings and set it back to color.

This actually worked like a charm. The colours are back.

One thing though, I only needed to use Skype, not the bussiness one, just the normal Skype. The rest is exactly like what you said on your post. Thanks a mil.

Hahaha, DCSHupe, thank you very much.  It's funny how after all that time spent on researching this the absurd solution is just playing with the Camera settings inf Skype for Business!  Microsoft should do better user-friendly controlling.

You did the right thing.  For a new laptop, you needed it to work properly.  Enjoy the laptop.  I love mine.

I tried everything with Lenovo and nothing worked.  They had access to my computer and nothing worked  We changed the driver and that didn't work.  They told me to put the computer back to factory setting.  I tried that but the machine would stop in the middle with an error message and said it couldn't go back to factory setting.  Luckily, I am under warranty and they told me to send it back for them to fix it.  Unfortunately, my answer is, I am going to live with a black and white camera.  I have no patience in sending it back and staying x number of days without my laptop.  I'm sorry I have no satisfactory answer to help you.
