Cannot print since latest Windows 10 update

Hi there,
One of our users can no longer print since her laptop got the most recent Windows 10 updates (her laptop is up-to-date as of this morning).
One of three things happens when she tries to print:
-- The application shows all the installed printers in the drop-down, but when she clicks print, nothing happens
-- The application shows all the installed printers in the drop-down, but when she clicks print, she gets an error saying there are no printers installed
-- The application does not show any printers
The printers are all showing in control panel.
It is not even possible to print to PDF.
I have tried restarting the print spooler service in services.msc but that hasn't helped.
Any advice?

It was a known bug, and was expected to be resolved by KB4524147. But there are reports of this update not resolving the printer issue. Expect it to be fixed by Patch Tuesday updates, due tomorrow.

Intermittent issues when printing
The print spooler service may intermittently have issues completing a print job and may result in a print job being canceled or failing.

2019-10-09T12:23:30+00:00 Congratulations. In my case, I have a business and reinstalling everything is not the best option. I am using my lap top to print as a temporary solution. I uninstalled the upgrade and still does not print. Does anyone knows what in the world is Microsoft doing besides enjoying their MONOPOLY?

2019-10-08T11:44:44+00:00 I uninstalled it too and it did not work. Believe me, I am going Banana. I just wish the government breaks up Microsoft monopoly. They are too big and are doing whatever they want. Support is bad on this one.
