Hi, I'm trying to download my apps before the store shutdown next month but I cannot download ANY app.
It shows an error with the code c101a006.
I was able to download any apps yesterday even without an email attached to the phone. Later I decided to restore the phone to the factory defaults before downloading the apps in anticipation to the Store being terminated. After the restore, I signed in with my email and for my surprise I can NOT download ANYTHING from the store.
There is some default app updates pending in the download section that also cannot be installed for the same reason, giving the same error code.
They start downloading but autocancels right after. When I tap then, they show the same error code.
I'm pretty sure the Store is not closed yet.
I already tried a lot of things that people suggest:
-Changing date+time to December 3rd of 2017
-Reset the phone (voldown+power)
-Restoring to defaults again
-Creating a new email
-Reflashed using Windows Device Recovery Tool
A lot of people already had problems with the Store not downloading apps, I also saw that some of them got this problem after factory resetting the phone just like me.
The problem in the link is not 1:1 but once I changed the date+time, I got the error above.
How are we supposed to download our apps before the Store shutdown in the next month, if we still have problems like this?
Can a representative take a look at these problems? Please.

A lot of us (majority) find win 8.1 better suited to some Lumia phones like the 830 than win 10. We dont want to go to 10 we just want win 8.1 store to work until 12/16 like MS said it would! If they’ve closed the win 8.1 store they should just say so when you try to connect instead of being **** and leaving us in the dark! Very unprofessional.
Did you try the OTC solution provided in the link ?
And that is for W10, nothing to do with the 8.1 store error.
Unlike you, most people are not interested specifically in apps which work only under WP8.1, so upgrading their devices (where possible) to W10M solves the problem with access to the Store for them.
People are concerned with 8.1 before the date, not about upgrading. Originally, it was stated to download the apps you purchased.
Nine days (and counting) of c101a006 , Store is about to officialy be closed and no word of MS.

Three Lumias 640 LTE with 8.1 (one is fresh hard resetted, two are in normal use with apps etc) can't install (other) apps, can't load "my apps" section in the Store and so on.
For Win 8.1 users, the Store is closed, de facto. One month earlier than the MS statement.

Update your 640s to Windows 10 Mobile and you will not have this problem with the Store.
Why would i do this? The OTC upgrade can be made anytime. Besides, what's happen if I bought apps? Will MS refund'em? This is not a solution, sorry. Or it may be one, only if nothing else can be made. It's not the case, yet.
Officialy, the Store must be up and running well until December 15. This is not my desire or my dream, this is a MS statement in October 2019 update. However, in fact the store is closed since November 13.
One of the solutions is MS to fix the Store and maybe to delay the closure of the Store as long as it was inaccessible.
The best solution is MS not to lie in statements or in facts. And not to swindle the customers, from time to time.

Yeah I done wat u say but still now its shows error for downloading apps and its shows error to download upgrade advisor app😞.tell any other solution
