MSN Premium still using MSN Explorer

When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

    I suspect you're taking a much more cynical view of a strictly business policy.  MSN serves far fewer people than other Microsoft products and their numbers have decreased over time.  When Windows 10 was introduced, and even before, Microsoft WAS terribly slow in migrating the 32-bit MSN to a 64-bit product.  That caused big problems with people with newer computers.  Currently, part of the installation of MSN to your computer includes the older Internet Explorer, which one needs to operate MSN.  Edge has replaced all other aspects of Internet Explorer.  Once Microsoft gets around to introducing a new MSN that's 100% compatible with Edge, your computer's Internet Explorer should not be needed.

    I suspect it's a big task, but my quibble is that we're paying a full price for a yearly subscription and we're getting no rebate for this semi-useful outdated MSN and they're dragging their feet to fix the damn thing.

    Unfortunately, when I call the 800-386-5550 number, no matter what number I press after after hearing recorded instructions, it leads to a disconnect.  No way to get to a person.   Does anyone have a better number to call?

    I too  have been a subscriber to MSN premiun since it started and have been patiently waiting for a solution to this.  I currently use a combination of Edge, Chrome and MSN Explorer for my MSN email.  I still prefer the old MSN Mail  with  MSN  Explorer format until it crashes for certain emails or attachments, then go to another for hotmail.com.  Can someone provide me with the best phone number for MSN Premium Support?  ******@msn.com
