As a paid MSN subscriber, I suggest that Microsoft either quickly updates MSN to Edge or REDUCE THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PRICE OF MSN.
MSN Premium still using MSN Explorer
When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

2021-01-03T23:13:14+00:00 I have been watching and reading the various comments and complaints in this thread and agree with all that has been said. I do doubt that MSN reads these, in what I considered to be very measured problems that we are all having with MSN Premium, and we are all obviously their brand, long term customers. Because I now get so many warnings from so many sites that they no longer use Explorer, I have to go into my Outlook which has Edge to communicate, and for which I pay. And what is more infuriating is that MSN themselves recommend EDGE when I go into the MSN landing page, and that Explorer will no longer be serviced. In addition, staff at Microsoft stores frequently don't know that MSN Premium even exists. And yes, Outlook won't allow me to export my Premium files unless I am exporting to another MSN account. And like all of the posts on this thread, I like the email and file formats, along with the butterfly, easy download, but have to deal with so many dropped sessions--and always wonder when MSN wants me to report the problem--who reads that stuff or how is it used to improve service. So, if there is anyone in the Premium universe: HELP

As a paid MSN Premium subscriber, I suggest that Microsoft suspend charges for members until MSN Premium is updated to a supported browser.

2020-01-08T23:52:54+00:00 Hello, DIANAJeanne1,
MSN Member Center - MSN Premium Subscription Change
Question 1. I use MSN Premium today. Will I still be able to access my emails using the MSN butterfly?
From now until your current subscription ends, you will be able to sign into your MSN Premium software and access your email and the other MSN Premium services you have always used. After that date, your subscription will expire and you will be unable to access your locally stored emails and favorites. You will still be able to send and receive email from your MSN account by going to https://outlook.com however, you will no longer be able to sign in using the MSN butterfly.
Note: Your MSN primary and secondary email accounts will convert to ad-funded free email accounts. This means your email address will stay the same. You may continue to use your email account(s) via a computer with internet access as long as you access the account at least once every 270 days to keep it active.
Don explained thoroughly what to expect with Internet Explorer which MSN Butterfly relies on. If you recall you were told to clear IE cache, not MSN Butterfly cache.

2020-02-05T11:04:44+00:00 Update will be automatically installed in Jan-Feb. That is what I was told. "Blue Butterfly will be retained and changes will be made automatically."
