Don, you will also lose access to any MSN email folders on your computer which you created. Exporting them only permits importing them to another computer with MSN!?!?!?!?!?!
MSN Premium still using MSN Explorer
When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

2020-12-24T23:28:36+00:00 I absolutely agree, Russ. I wonder if the guys at MSN pay any attention to this board! If they do, and I want to repeat; due to the content hassle and bullcrap MSN puts us subscribers through, the LEAST they should do if to give us a cash-back for the years we've been subscribers while this 32bit piece of garbage has NOT been properly or professionally updated.

2020-12-20T10:18:48+00:00 I read all of the responses that one day premium may get an updated browser which is great because my bank doesn't support it. Another totally irritating feature is that Explorer stops working continually. I can't even get through my e-mail and it boots me. Why do they charge the fee but do not maintain it. Micro Soft should be top of the line.

If it's the MSN Mail App that's not working, access the account at https://outlook.live.com with a browser other than Internet Explorer/MSN Explorer or use the Windows 10 Mail App.
About "why do they charge the fee"... I only know about MSN Premium what I've seen on the web, but you should ask yourself if what you're getting for that fee justifies the fee.

2020-12-19T23:19:40+00:00 It IS getting worse and worse. Sadly, Microsoft feels comfortable dragging their heels while taking our yearly subscription money. It's outrageous!
More and more websites are not functioning well and I often have to copy the website link to Edge to use the darn websites.
The LEAST Microsoft should do is to give each and everyone of us a cash rebate for the years of lousy quality performance while they keep MSN way down on their list of priorities.
