When someone sends me an email with a link I get an error message that my browser is out of date. So I cannot access the links. MSN Premium is still using Explorer and my new computer is using Windows 10 with Edge. Is MSN going to be updated to use Edge?

I read all of the responses that one day premium may get an updated browser which is great because my bank doesn't support it.  Another totally irritating feature is that Explorer stops working continually.  I can't even get through my e-mail and it boots me.  Why do they charge the fee but do not maintain it.  Micro Soft should be top of the line.

Please say how you can sort your received email by name/sender.  On my MSN Premium Email I only have options to sort email in ascending or descending alphabetical order.

My feeling is that  MSN no longer wants to invest in the email side of the business, and I too have been a customer since since the mid 90's.  Since they are throwing their brand cuistomers to the curb, instead of telling us they no longer are interested or that they no longer want to compete, they are forcing their clients to go elsewhere and taking their losses as a tax write off. Its not rocket science to convert from Explorer to Edge.

I called and got through too....the system allowed me to put in my phone number and they called be back in 90 minutes.  The level 1 person put into the queue to the advanced team who took over my computer and ran some tests and changed some settings.  No, they have no timeline for the upgrade for MSN from Internet Explorer to Edge - which will fix all of the problems.  I also asked if he would bring it up to the higher-ups to give us a discount of some sort for the time we have had to suffer through MSN being so difficult and awful.
