Forza Horizon 4 won't launch

It ran great until I bought the Ultimate Add-Ons bundle, now it simply crashes after showing the splash screen for 30 seconds.

From the event viewer:

The program ForzaHorizon4.exe version 0.0.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Edit 12/13/2019: After installing the latest update last night, the game seemed to start fine. I will continue to update this post with status.

Edit 12/14/2019: The game no longer starts.

Edit 12/28/2019: See user realcoda's post on page 5 for a solution. Be sure to back up everything on your PC before attempting as it involves editing your registry.

Edit 2/19/2020: The game runs after today's patch.

Edit 2/21/2020: Today's patch has reintroduced the original issue.

    First follow steps on this post and make sure Windows and the Program are fully update.

    Make sure your graphic card driver is update too.

    If problem persist, report it through Feedback Hub app.

    3/10/2020: Received today's update. It did not resolve the problem for me; still closes after staying on the splash screen.

    Just searched online and series 20 march10th was mentioned but tried to get more info and cant see why that date was typed into the article. No more mentions.we hope we wait.

    I am a little more understanding now, seems it's not only Forza that has the loading problem. My brother has said it's happening with a few other games and ironically they are all driving games lol. I think they assumed because Xbox is made by Microsoft it would be the same kind of programming that was needed but have found out they are completely different setups
