Forza Horizon 4 won't launch

It ran great until I bought the Ultimate Add-Ons bundle, now it simply crashes after showing the splash screen for 30 seconds.

Edit 12/13/2019: After installing the latest update last night, the game seemed to start fine. I will continue to update this post with status.

Edit 12/14/2019: The game no longer starts.

Edit 12/28/2019: See user realcoda's post on page 5 for a solution. Be sure to back up everything on your PC before attempting as it involves editing your registry.

Edit 2/19/2020: The game runs after today's patch.

Edit 2/21/2020: Today's patch has reintroduced the original issue.

    They're an absolute joke, I went and wrote a nice ticket, explaining them the issue in detail, which steps I have done, what Microsoft support said to me, and how there are more people with the issue, even pressed them to stop following protocol for a second, and just to tell us what's up or if we're ever going to get the game back working, or if there is any fix in the make or it being investigated. They responded by putting the ticket as solved. I've lost all faith, I'm going for that refund and staying clear from any Forza games in the future. 

    yea literally the same, asked them are there any news and how this should be a priority to fix and all of that, wrote 2 long messages and they just put my ticket as solved aswell, so I attacked them now and wait for them to asnwer.

    Yes i got same message.just have to wait as its xmas i suppose. Think they will fix or there will be a big demand to get refunds.

    lmao i just contacted them to see if they have any news on "fixing" the issue after they told me they are 2 days ago.

    I just got an automated reply to contact microsoft even tho they sent me this 2 days ago.

We don't need to bother you with a ton of questions or troubleshooting tips, as its being worked on by our devs already.
