Whenever I open the Microsoft store to switch out of S-mode. A Button reading "learn more" appears, however whenever I click this the store loads a completely blank gray screen, is there another option to switch out of S-mode, or is the link to the store broken?

2019-08-01T02:32:42+00:00 I talked to support today, and my husband in IT also found that this is a known issue, and the Microsoft tech said they should be releasing an update next Tuesday that includes a fix for this.

As of the moment, there's no current workaround on this concern, I've seen a common here at community. It seems the issue will be addressed by Microsoft as soon as possible to resolve the issue. what you can do right now is to update your device to it's latest windows update and also the firmware update. I will notify you within 24 hours what are the current update within the community.
