Error code: 0x80073d13 (Xbox Game Pass PC Beta)

When installing certain games on the Xbox Game Pass PC Beta app I seem to be getting Error code: 0x80073d13, Games will download to about 4.5%-9% then come up with the error.

Trying to install Metro, Wolfenstein, We Happy Few, Imperator: Rome and probably others I have not yet tried will give me this error.

I really hope this is not similar to the Microsoft Store error that does not allow certain games/programs to be installed on other drives besides C: which I don't think it is cause Halo Wars 1 seems to be giving me a different error code that I think is the disk drive error but I am not sure but It would really suck to have a bunch of games you can't install and we can't decide on a game-by-game basis yet so say I had just enough space for Metro on my C: drive but not enough to include another game from my other drive I can't specify that (atleast I think) it would all have to be on the same drive.

Update: That seems to be what the error is, must be installed on your main C: drive, when I disconnect my external drive Xbox app will auto download Metro directly to my C: drive

    Make sure the hard drive you're trying to install games on is NTFS with the default allocation unit size. I initially tried adjusting mine to gain a (probably negligible) performance bump and I got the same error thrown at me. Fortunately I have Google Fiber gigabit internet so re-downloading everything was no sweat at 100mbyte/sec. Backup the data on it, delete and recreate the partition and format it NTFS with the default allocation unit size in Disk Management (right-click Start,  click Disk Management, make your changes to the partition table and format it.) Have fun installing games on your secondary hard disk. Piece of cake.  Bon appetit!

    This still isn't working for me. I have 100+ games via Games pass and other purchases put can only install on the C Drive or another SSD I have installed and then have to move them to my Game drives. However I sometime have 30+ updates at any single time and they all fail if they are sitting on the game drive. To fix each one I have to move the game, install the update and then move back and then repeat for every other Game. I just want to scream as I have spent 10-20 hours trying to find a fix and don't even want to work out I much time I have wasted moving the games back and forward.

    Having the same problem with the Beta client, can't move 1 game off my main SSD onto my game drive because of the error.
