Cannot Update Windows 10 1903...It Stuck on 60%

Getting This Type Of Error Message While Updating The Windows 10 1903...It Stops At 60%.... Showing The Message As Windows Could not configure One Or More System Components...To Install the Windows Restart the computer and then restart the installation...

Please Help Me To Get Over It...

    In the Windows search type "Windows Features" to get into the Turn On/Off Windows Features. When you get there, uncheck "Internet Information Services" and also uncheck "Windows Process Activation Service" (you may want to do a print screen of the settings to restore later after the successful install). When you hit Ok, you will need to restart your Windows. Once it restarts, type "windows media creation tool" in the Windows search and click in the link that will take you to the "Windows 10 Download Page" and then select "Update Now". Enjoy !

    This worked for me, thanks. I had given up on updating Windows a long time ago. Then decided to try once more to search for a solution and here it is!

    I've been struggling with updating my Windows 10 for over a year, and it always failed at 60%.
