Camera / Webcam not on device manager list - Windows 10

HI there,

I have an HP Envy with Windows 10 and can't seem to get my webcam / camera to work.

It is not listed on the Device Manager list.

    Hey Microsoft, I have the same problem. HP Envy, webcam not working. It does not appear in device manager.

    I have completely reset my Windows 10. It did not work either.

    When are you going to have a solution for this?

    There is a SIMPLE switch that can turn on/off the camera on your right side of the laptop. If that switch is off, any software will not detect it! I was troubleshooting through device manager list and i couldn't find it listed as well but Please look into the physical switch on the side of the laptop before you do anything else@@

    Wow!  I did nit knwo about thr camera provacy switch. HP needs ti make a large sign for when you open your new laptop. Works now
