2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,

randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,

screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode

and then i have to turn it on again

this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build

what do i do ?

HELP , PLEASE

SOLUTION

Hey guys

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies

Basically,

Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery

Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in

I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

Have a good day

    Hi Greg,

Thanks for the suggestion, here is the link - https://aka.ms/AA964q0

Update:- I did a windows reset with the option don't remove my files, but the problem is still there, i suspect that it didnot removed all the update because i see microsoft edge rather than internet explorer...
