Windows locking into sleep mode

Keep in mind you have a one year support, repair and replacement warranty that comes with the PC so if problems persist you can call on them to fix or replace it, making sure it gets done soon enough so you can ensure the repairs work in time for the warranty expiration, or extend it.  You might also still be under Store return policy.

That said, Use whichever method works in this link to get into Repair Mode so you can run System Restore to a point before this problem began, Startup Repair,  access the Command Prompt to run the System File Checker and a Disk Check, or do a Reset:   https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2294-advanced-startup-options-boot-windows-10-a.html

Easiest is to force shutdown by holding in the power button three times until it starts into Repair Mode.  

It may be necessary to create bootable media on another PC to access Advanced Startup Options to try repairs, a Reset or do the Clean install.   The bootable media has it's own set of files so that repairs or Reset might work better, doesn't require a password, and you'll have it to do a much better Clean Install. 

To create Windows 10 Installation Media on another PC install Media Creation Tool and follow the directions here:  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install.  Uncheck the box for Recommended Settings to choose the exact version and bit rate for the target PC only.

 Insert media, boot it by powering up PC while pressing the BIOS Boot Menu Key given here:   https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutorials/23010-bios-boot-menu-f-keys-hotkeys-system-manufacturer-oem.html

If the media won't boot you may need to enter BIOS/UEFI Setup (pressing key given in chart in link above) to turn off Fast Boot or Fast Startup first.

Choose the boot device as a UEFI device if offered,  on second screen choose  Repair Your Computer, then Advanced Troubleshoot Options, then:

1. Try a System Restore
2. If that fails try Startup Repair

4. If those fail then go back to Troubleshoot Options to do a Reset.

What if your computer isn't turning on after it said locking?? Im very sad because its my first computer and it wonr turn on and i need help, can someone please yell me what i can do to turn it on again?

I have the same issue, has been persistent since at least September of 2019, short, 1.5 second locking screen then sleep mode, mine has the added benefit of not responding to inputs other than the power button.  Though a quick tap to the power switch will usually allow me to recover my progress with only a slight delay, more often than not I have to completely shut down and reboot my PC when this happens, with my luck it happens mid game most of the time so it really sucks considering this is an ASUS gaming laptop.

My Dell latitude 7450 win 10-1909 has the same problem, and I have solved this problem. You can try

1st: Upgrade Driver VGA to latest version

2nd: Delete all Cracked Application, repack Application .... ( I deleted  IDM 6.35 Repack Silent ... Its may the cause problem)
