2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,
randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,
screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode
and then i have to turn it on again
this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build
what do i do ?

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies
Basically,
Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery
Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in
I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

I have a compact Intel NUC box (i5 16GB/512GB ) and this has been happening with my computer lately. I had no idea, thought this is a hardware issue. But today after it turned off next time and I restarted it, I saw the BIOS message saying that it was shutdown due to high temperature/overheat. Moved the box to the more ventilated place and seems solved this issue.

Hey Greg. I'm getting the locking message only when I play games on my external monitor. Could it be that the power draw is too much? I'm running the latest x360 with 10th gen i7 and 16gb ram. Runs the games on the normal laptop no problems. All of the drivers and software is up to date. Connected via official HP C to HDMI adapter.
What do you mean by disabling? Like turning off the sleep on battery power and stuff?
