Why is Microsoft providing wrong codebase updates for an Intel based cpu machine running Microsoft Windows Professional 10 and acting like a virus?

Maybe you should run those "mysterious" files through an online scanner like VirusTotal which will run it through many engines (they use 70)?

Ok so it is still called WSUS . Why then can I not run a Admin command SC DELETE WSUS to delete the service logged in as administrator?

May I ask, are you getting an error when trying to run a command?

Remove services from the list in the services.msc utility in Microsoft Windows with one of these two options.

Option 1 – Command

You can also remove services using a command line. Hold down the Windows Key, then press “R” to bring up the Run dialog.

Type “SC DELETE servicename“, then press “Enter“.

“servicename” should be the exact name of the service.

you should get the exact service name from the Services.msc console.

For windows update, the service name should be wuaserv

wuauserv

so the command should be SC Delete wuauserv
