Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS driver issue - NO SOUND- after Windows 1903 update

Just updated to 1903, and have lost all sound,I know it's old soundcard, but it was working perfectly on build 1809/1803/1709/1703/1607..

Hi!

This worked for my Creative Audigy 2 ZS and Windows 10 1903 update:

Download "Audigy RX Driver" from Creative

Extract all files

Go to the folder "Audio\DriversWin10\wdm"

Right-click "wdma_emu.inf" and select "install"

Restart and enjoy!

    I can't speak for anyone else in this thread but isn't it sad that Soundblaster is STILL using the same technology from 2003-2004 (or even older). They were way ahead of their time and then seem to stagnate after that. That said, I use this card for recording purposes where I need to monitor live output in real time with no latency.

    I am in the process of compiling a set of drivers that will work as a one and done deal. It will be a combo of the Daniel K. support pack 6.2 and the RX hardware drivers. On my system, I have applied the first gen of this driver set and it appears to be fully functional. I will post them once completed. 

    Its also sad that we have to come up with solutions when Microsoft breaks stuff. But it has been ever thus.

    Thanks for the tip worked for me after installing another large flaming Windows Update yesterday that never seems to do anything but break my computer. This time it stopped my Audigy 2 soundcard from working. I thought I was going to have to fork out on another £100 card but this sorted it! Superb!! Cheers!!

    when i try to install pop up a msg: "setup is unable to detect a supported product on your system. please ensure that your product is properly installed before running this setup. program".

    Because is not a driver in a zip file is a Executable program.

    where i found that folder?  "Audio\DriversWin10\wdm"
