2019-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4495667) - Error 0x80070005

Have been trying for several days now trying to get this latest Update to install.  I've read every post I could find online, run every batch file to reset/clear updates services, run sfc, run malwarebytes (all clear), ran Dism utility, and finally reinstalled Windows10, twice - once from old iso about a year old, and one from a new download from MS yesterday.  Still won't install!  (Did reinstall Win10 keeping apps and data files.)

All Batch Files did what they were supposed to do, pretty sure anyway, resetting Windows update services.

SFC found nothing.

Clean Boot removing all services didn't help.

Dism /ScanHealth came back finding a repairable problem, but /RestoreHealth freezes around 86.5% and gives me a timeout error of 12002.

Malwarebytes found nothing.

Both re installs of windows 10 went without a hitch, and all updates EXCEPT Cumulative Update downloaded and installed properly.

I also found in one of the posts a batch file that was supposed to reset all permissions, which the above error supposedly indicates, and it went through without any errors, but still nothing.

Any other suggestions would really be appreciated.

    Thanks Monika,

    I'll have to wait and see I suppose, but there's still that question that sticks with me about what's causing the problem.  Like I said, I'm a little paranoid when things don't work the way their supposed to, I always want to know why.  I laugh at myself a lot for being like that, but what the heck, I get to talk to a lot of good people willing to try and help.

    That's what I'm going to do.  Only reason every update was installed to begin with was I had it set up to update automatically as they were released.  I'm going to change that and go back to checking and updating them manually.  That's what I've had to do with this latest update anyway.

    Yeah I am thinking the same way. I will wait for Microsoft to drop out 1903 update, and then wait like I don't know, a week or 2 weeks. Because everytime if you install on the same day when update comes, there are still some bugs. So Gordo just don't bother, and be patience and wait for the major update.

    I get it, and I'm getting close to that point in time myself.  But I think I'm being a little OCD about getting it to work.  I've got 2 desktop computers, one I use for video editing, and restoring my old photos, and the other for goofing around on.  I like database work and play around a little with Microsoft Basic & Trying to learn C++.  The update went great on the computer I use for database work, but it fails on the video editing computer. 

    That's what making me a little paranoid about getting it to work.  It doesn't appear to be causing any problems, just ticks me off that it won't work like it's supposed to.  I do appreciate the advise, and it looks like that's where I'm heading now.

    You really don't need to install every cumulative update that comes each month. Also, wait for reviews of 1903 and don't go straightaway installing it right on the day of the release.
