Unable to update Windows 10 to v1809. Freezing at boot after reboot.

I am not being able to update my windows 10 device. After all the update files downloaded, I restarted the system (2 times). But it freezes at a boot screen like the image. It doesn't boot up. Even the keyboard isn't working at this time. And after I force shutdown using button and restart again, it takes too long to restart. And everything is back to normal like previous.

Am I doing something wrong here? Is it only me facing this issue? 

How to solve this or update my system? Someone, please help me.

PC specs:

RAM 32 GB

Graphics: NVIDIA 970

CPU: Intel(R) core(TM) i7-5820K @3.30GHz 3.30GHz

64 bit

I've installed a UXtheme patcher and a theme. If its the problem here.

    Thanks for the replies.

    I found a temporary solution in that I'm on the Developer Preview: I moved to the fast cycle which skipped the current October 2018 update and moved to the May 2019 one instead (18xyzz).

    For that version luckily the issue has gone away.

    Can confirm this works, I used the instructions here https://www.nextofwindows.com/how-to-bypass-skip-ahead-is-now-closed-windows-insider-program to join the skip ahead queue and get the latest version of Windows which is indeed working with MSI motherboard!

    +1 Can confirm this Works. Had great results With this, as i got the New DirectX api With raytracing that i was after. However, the preview build seams kinda crappy to me in terms of Visual/cosmetic appearance so i hope we will get the proper update soon.

    Is this any different to just installing the current fast ring build?

    I've got a hp spectre x360 with the same problem as everyone here, but 18282.1000 doesn't work for me either.

    Hey guys i was wondering if anyone had any luck yet?  MSI hasnt even gotten back to me and i personally dont want to use buggy insider preview builds. Thanks

    I received a reply from msi that they are investigating the issue. I had that preview build for a while now and it Works fine for me. However, appart from the DirectX update I would say that there are only subtle differences between this and the last Version. You will probably be just fine holding off if you did not purchase one of the New RTX Cards from nvidia.

    I've got a hp spectre x360 with the same problem as everyone here, but 18282.1000 doesn't work for me either.

    I have a HP Spectre, too and the newest insider isn't running as well.
