Unable to update Windows 10 to v1809. Freezing at boot after reboot.

I am not being able to update my windows 10 device. After all the update files downloaded, I restarted the system (2 times). But it freezes at a boot screen like the image. It doesn't boot up. Even the keyboard isn't working at this time. And after I force shutdown using button and restart again, it takes too long to restart. And everything is back to normal like previous.

Am I doing something wrong here? Is it only me facing this issue? 

How to solve this or update my system? Someone, please help me.

PC specs:

RAM 32 GB

Graphics: NVIDIA 970

CPU: Intel(R) core(TM) i7-5820K @3.30GHz 3.30GHz

64 bit

    Thanks for the replies.

    I found a temporary solution in that I'm on the Developer Preview: I moved to the fast cycle which skipped the current October 2018 update and moved to the May 2019 one instead (18xyzz).

    For that version luckily the issue has gone away.

    Can confirm this works, I used the instructions here https://www.nextofwindows.com/how-to-bypass-skip-ahead-is-now-closed-windows-insider-program to join the skip ahead queue and get the latest version of Windows which is indeed working with MSI motherboard!

    +1 Can confirm this Works. Had great results With this, as i got the New DirectX api With raytracing that i was after. However, the preview build seams kinda crappy to me in terms of Visual/cosmetic appearance so i hope we will get the proper update soon.

    Myself and most of us were able to install the preview build for the NeXT spring via the registry hack posted earlier here. This doesn't solve the problem as we have to wait another 6 months before we can get a non-beta build, but at least allows us to move on to the NeXT update (as well as getting the Newest DirectX raytracing functionality). Just crossing my fingers that Microsoft doesn't mess up the NeXT build as well.

    @LNewt3 & FrankOlsen1:

    Is your CPU overclocked or not? I tried a few things to get my X99S MPOWER setup working with 1809 to no avail (modifying BIOS and mcupdate_GenuineIntel.dll). In the end 1809 just doesn't like overclocking when using a X99 chipset.

    I have tried stock but it doesn´t help. MSI is starting to help.
