error code 0xc03f300d

I just tried to open my account to try another 2015 work-around I just read about and now I can not access my account. A message pops up saying they are sorry but the Store can not be opened now - then giving some excuses - then says try again later. Is something actually being worked on?

I spent a total of 4 hours on the phone chatting with Geek Squad yesterday and still get the same error code, keeps saying "Your purchase couldn't be completed, try again later".   Geek Squad tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but to no avail.   Same error code.   They came to the same conclusion that it's Microsoft's problem to fix.     But when !!!!!

Nice to know I'm not alone.  Sigh.

When I originally purchased my laptop it had Windows 8.1, touchscreen.  As I am a "dinosaur," was very overwhelmed with all the, what I now know, are called apps. Long story short, finally got it set up and felt comfortable using, then came the free upgrade offer to Windows 10. After resisting, finally upgraded.  Again, had to get use to how Windows 10 worked and set up everything again.  THEN, in late 2017, after a Windows update, that is supposed to make things better, I started getting BSOD...tried researching to possibly fix myself, realized was over my head...took laptop to Office Depot...OS was messed up and they could not get in...advised to reset/recover, which I did...BACK TO Windows 8.1.  Now this... MONEY GIMIC.  People like myself, who are intelligent, but ignorant as far as computer software and such, are at the mercy of the electronics world.  I truly believe they hope one will get discouraged and just go buy another computer.  But not me, I'M BROKE.
