Why doesn’t a MS representative come out and say we are aware of the issue and are working on it. Unless they are not working on it.

2018-04-09T11:52:40+00:00 That's probably it. They want us all using w10. It took me 6 months to learn W8.1, but once I did, I love it. I can't buy anything in the store right now and even though I own stuff, I can't download it. Same error message as everyone else! I spoke to a tech regarding this yesterday and he checked my account and my payment method and he couldn't figure it out. MICROSOFT, Please, Please, Please FIX IT!
