To JasonoftheD34D's comment: "If you're able to switch from the bonus content versions to the non-bonus that'd be great.", I assume you are referring specifically to MSFT Movies, nothing to do with MA.    Why would you want this?  Only thing I can think of has to do with some of the older "bonus" titles where they have the extras tacked on to the end which is an f-ing terrible experience.   They do this with new titles I don't believe, but haven't gone back and changed older ones.

Your last paragraph is exactly what's going on with these movies. They all have the bonus content tacked onto the end and on Vudu, where at least LOTR was originally purchased there was nothing tacked onto the end. Frozen is from Amazon and was also just the "theatrical" version with no bonus.

Thanks I have three other titles that did not port into UHD as well, Inception, The Man from Uncle, and Jason Bourne.

Did you get these resolved?  Inception was one of the ones I listed on the first page that they corrected so it at least should have been remapped in your collection.

Thanks for offering to look into it however, please pass along the feedback that if MSFT wants to have a chance here they really need to provide a more direct resolution line like all their Movies Anywhere retailing competitors do.  And again, I have a small sample set so there is likely a much larger issue with incorrect mapping that all customers are going to need get corrected.

The titles,which I mentioned above are all UHD movies on MA (and all other MA linked services) that are showing as HD + Bonus on Microsoft.  I don't see any record indicator on the movie to point to it more directly than the name.

There are a number of Sony titles (and Fox) that mapped to HD instead of UHD but I don't know if that is a mapping issue or if MSFT doesn't have UHD rights for those.  I'll include those in a follow up if you are able to get them to fix the ones above that are clearly just mapping problems.

In screen clip, Harry Potter 1, 2 and 6 mapped correctly to UHD and all the others where you can see "Movie + Bonus" did not.

The mapping for the original list of titles has been updated on our end to point to the version with UHD files, but will take several hours to work it's way through the system.

For the remaining titles in your second list, we haven't received UHD files for those yet.  I don't have any information on if/when those will be delivered.  However, if/when we do get the UHD files, you'll gain access to those since you've already purchased that resolution elsewhere.

Below is the full list of the few UHD titles I have on MA that aren't mapped to UHD in the Movies & TV app.   23 of the 48 I have didn't map to UHD.

There could be a lot of other mapping issues in my collection, like to the wrong titles or missing titles, on the HD versions. But I have about 600 movies in MA and I can't export my MSFT list so I don't have a reasonable way to check those.  Given I only have a handful of UHD titles I was able to manually go through them.
