I contacted SHARM and it looks good, but no Kasina or EEG support. Audio only with no plans to expand in that domain.
Getting the followong error when trying to launch a program...
Neuro-programmer 3.exe - .Net Famework Initialization Error
please set registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORK\ install root to point to the .NET Framework Install location
Can anyone help me resolve this error- I installed this program for the first time on to my windows 10 x64 brand new laptop and it is supposed to be compatible with windows 10 - when I try to open it I get the above error. i had to use revo to uninstall
- should I try to fix this before I re install or should I reinstall first and fix later.
Any idea how to fix this - I have never edited a registry and am kind of nervous to do so- I need this computer to make a living and don't want to mess it up- took me weeks to get it set up in the first place so don't want to have to do a wipe and restore.
I hope I posted this in the right category
Thanks so much any help will be greatly appreciated
Michelle

2018-11-06T12:21:08+00:00 100% agree Deborah - we are going to fix this! I think BBB is first step because we definitely have a claim, hinging IMO upon the june 6th posting about providing at least 1 year support and indefinite access to member's area, then shutting the website down a few months later with no warning. Does anyone have copies of any original warrantee info? A lot of the website is archived at webarchive: https://web.archive.org/web/20170703075749/https://www.transparentcorp.com/support/contact.php
Personally, I've spent money on a whole suite of equipment that I no longer can use - MWS Pro, Kasina, EMOTIV EEG, all the thoughtsounds and more. Plus the 1000s of hours I put into learning and working with the software to create tracks I can no longer play or modify. Add that to the lost revenue from working with clients and producing quality research.
So, we undoubtedly have what we need for a successful BBB claim. From there, filing a class action consumer fraud lawsuit should be straightforward and shouldn't require any payment upfront if the lawyers think the case is winnable. Any research on that front would be incredibly helpful to "the cause". And original warrantees, if anyone can dig some up.
