SOLVED IT!!!!
After a while of searching for an answer that seems to be unknown i just figured i'd improve, super simple however you lose all your stuff but honestly i think you might be able to keep it if you get a secondary hard drive (super cheap) and just install
windows onto that and use the main hard drive as a secondary without the windows installed.
1: close the application that says "C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted,
and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted"
2: Press CTRL + ALT + DEL
3: Click the power button on the bottom right
4: while holding shift click the "restart" button and you will be redirected
once you've done all this you can reset your PC from there and after reinstalling windows you will be good to go
side note: you might be able to keep your stuff if you choose the "keep personal files" option, not really sure because i haven't tried it....
If a quicker and easier method is already on this page then I'm sorry for wasting your time with this "solution" please forgive me as i really didn't wanna look through 390 replies...
