Having Bluetooth Stuttering Issues on Windows 10

As of recent, when connecting any pair of bluetooth headphones or devices, I would get stuttering problems where when using bluetooth headphones, the audio would frequently cut in and out randomly, and it would frequently disconnect, even when it was fully charged. And yes, I've tried to fix the issue by disabling audio enhancements, but it hasn't helped at all. Additionally, I've had problems with other bluetooth devices where they would also frequently disconnect. Is there a fix to these problems?

It's 2020 and you need a bluetooth headset to manage things better so you go and buy one, trusting your operating system as if it did not cause many other problems you previously had experienced. What you have turns out to be the same thing with all the other things, poor quality of service and software support.
I guess it is time for switching to Mac since this long-lasting problem seemingly is not going to be addressed by Windows in near future.

2020-03-31T11:56:57+00:00 so i was facing same issue with my hp probook 450 G5 8th gen with dual wifi and bluetooth both on one chip REALTEK RTL8821CE and i didn't have option to change my wifi to 5ghz as my wifi router supports 2.2ghz only no updating of drivers to the latest or the one's downloaded from hp site resolved the issue for me
so ultimately what resolved my issue is below.
go to control panel ->view network status and tasks->change adapter settings
now find Bluetooth Network Connection and disable it
HP PLEASE STOP GIVING THIS THIRD CLASS REALTEK CARDS IN YOUR LAPTOPS THAT DON'T HAVE SUPPORT OF ANY KIND!

so above solution also stopped working...only thing which makes it work now is to turn off wifi then i can use bluetooth...so for now i can either use internet or listen to my bluetooth audio...
WOW Microsoft or Realtek or HP who ever genius did this -_-

It's a very annoying thing that its not possible to use Bluetooth headphones on my computer, but that I have to connect to my Android Phone instead.

2020-01-18T18:01:08+00:00 To anyone still having these issues, if your bluetooth driver is realtek, which is most likely, download the 1803 update from lenovo site, your pc manufacturer doesn't matter.
