    I tried this again when I got home last night and was able to play the movie again without any problems.  I suggest reaching out to customer support to see if there's anything they can do for you.  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/

    The code was 0x000005b4.  It said cannot play.

    We're not seeing an issue with the movie here.  Can you double check that error code and include any other information that was included in the error message?
