I'm getting this error code also. I'm wondering if this has something to do with xfinity, or comcast slowing down streaming to anyone not renting movies from them. They just got the green light from this administration that they can go ahead and do that. I didn't realize it had started already. Who here has comcast or xfinity for their internet service? Are we sure this is a xbox/Microsoft problem?

EDIT:
I was able to continue to watch my movie by skipping back 20 seconds from the error point and using the jump 30 seconds forward button. It allowed me to hop over the broken sections of the movie. I had to do this twice during the movie.
