the uninstall option is unavailable, it's grayed out and i cant tap it, everything is back to it's original state and it's not running so wh cant i delete it?

I decided to respond to an email and sync my phone to 10. After downloading, ti presented one program after another to download and will not accept a refusal and it keeps showing me ads. I want my old control system back. I cannot erase Microsoft launcher but I did deactivate it. That has helped some. I have trouble getting the home page to have what I need on it and I have difficulty using it as a phone now at times although deactivating it did help this. Can I go back to my old management system on my galaxy 6?

2018-06-28T15:57:56+00:00 That would usually work, as it does with most every other app. But with this one the uninstall button cannot be clicked. So the normal way does not work. I wish it did because I do not like the Microsoft launcher
