I am having the same issue; namely, when I try to pair my keyboard (to a Win10 Mobile device) it sees the keyboard (Listing it as a "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard, Input") as available to pair. When I touch on the keyboard to pair and it asks for the pin. I do not know the PIN and there is no default PIN for the device. (I attempted to pair the Keyboard to an Android device, the Android device generated a new PIN and I entered that and it works with that device).
It appears that I need to wipe out the Win10 device's previous association with the BT keyboard so that I can start the pairing process again, but I cannot find any documentation on how to do that.

2020-11-17T07:38:12+00:00 Hi guys after long time Ive found the right answer for that problem, if they asking for the pin click in the second option on the devicepairingwizard, they will give you a new pin. The pin you should type on the bluetooth keyboard and press enter.
Fix 1 – Using device pairing wizard
- Press Windows key + R together from your keyboard to open run command box.
- Write devicepairingwizard in it and click OK.
- wait for some time for devices to appear. ...
- Now, in next screen a passcode will appear.
- Quickly type the code from your bluetooth keyboard.
- Press Enter.
