Bluetooth Keyboard PIN

Split from this thread.

I am having the same issue; namely, when I try to pair my keyboard (to a Win10 Mobile device) it sees the keyboard (Listing it as a "Bluetooth 3.0 Keyboard, Input") as available to pair.   When I touch on the keyboard to pair and it asks for the pin.  I do not know the PIN and there is no default PIN for the device.  (I attempted to pair the Keyboard to an Android device, the Android device generated a new PIN and I entered that and it works with that device).

It appears that I need to wipe out the Win10 device's previous association with the BT keyboard so that I can start the pairing process again, but I cannot find any documentation on how to do that.

I found solution for my keyboard... When it pops out to put PIN just tipe 4 digit number and click connect and then press the same 4 digit PIN code on your bluetooth keyboard and press enter/return

Hope you found it useful. Please let me know.

It did the trick for me, pairing an Apple Wireless keyb to windows 10. It was driving me crazy. Strangely, a day before Windows told me to enter "XXXX" PIN on the keyboard and press Enter. Since today no such option.

This solution worked for me, the same password on both keyboards. Thank you SuadGlamocic.

This is what worked for me. Very same issue. asked me for a pin code. push "connect button on keyboard. light will flash. On computer, click on keyboard to where it pops up the pin code. Type in 1234 into your computer then connect (on your computer - not the keyboard)  In between all this, the blue flashing light on keyboard stops flashing, click the black "connect" button on the back of the keyboard again, and type in the code 1234 that you set up on your computer. Once you do so, you should see that it has paired on your computer. I hope this helps.

Thanks issue solved this the translation

To solve this problem with the PIN, go to the control panel, Devices and printers, and click Add a device: When you click next you will also ask for the Pin, below you will have a link to type on the device, just click, type and enter. I couldn't get the print because I had already connected :( Att,
