Screen and Internet is Enlarged and Stretched Using Windows 10

I have not used my computer in two days, and when I went to turn it on everything it's HUGE now!  Prior to today it has worked perfectly fine. I have checked all settings and resolution and nothing has been changed, it's all the way it should be.  I've even tried doing a system restore nothing is working!  HELP!!! PLEASE!!  I'm using Windows 10.

    Glad to have helped. 

    If in case Windows  bypasses the Show hide tool and makes update available again,you might need to disable the windows update service. Though that is a dangerous advice, but it is safe to do until a patch is out or the next cumulative update hits public.

    Thank you, it worked finally.

    This was posted earlier by Wayne but we could not rollback to the previous driver until we uninstalled the driver and downloaded a new driver.

    For some reason the "Rollback" tab wasn't working until we did that.

    LJames may need to do that also since he is having he same problem.

    Hi All,

    The Latest AMD Driver has some problems and here are some suggestions which you can try:

    Go to Device Manager by typing in Devmgmt.msc in Run dialog box. 

    Navigate to Display devices and right click ATI Radeon HD. Choose Properties. 

    On the Driver tab, hit rollback Driver to go back to the previous version. 

    The next step would be to block Driver updates from Windows updates. For this, 

    Option 1:

    Option 2: Use the show hide tool. As soon as the new driver is detected by WU, hide it. Steps are here:

    Also, KB4055254 (if applicable) can also be a root cause. If the above steps don't help uninstall the update:

    I know what you mean about the frustration. I've done everything I could do, (other than using a hammer), and now my son is trying to help. He's worked on computers for a long time and has never come across this issue before. He even uninstalled the driver and downloaded an updated driver from the AMD website. Guess what? Didn't help.

    I have an ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics card on my ASUS computer and have never had an issue until now. I upgraded to Windows 10 last year and its been running great. That is until yesterday when we came home. 

    Whatever happened, happened yesterday sometime while we were gone.

    I've also been reading what Wayne's posted trying to help resolve this issue and nothing has worked. My next step will be contacting Microsoft thru the Chat Bot until I can get a real person to try and fix it. If they know what the problem is they should automatically send out a patch for it. But hey, you can make more money by forcing people to buy newer graphics cards. Right?

    Like you I feel it's really strange that this happened the day before "Black Friday". Umm?

    I'm NOT a techy person but what if I just disabled the ATI Radeon HD4200? What would it do to my computer?
