How to disable the Read Aloud feature?

WHile stopping it with an X is nice.. the actual request everyone has is how to disable it from ever appearing.  

Overall I think Microsoft has a driver problem in windows 10 with mice and trackpads that they don't recognize or choose to ignore.  Random movements of a mouse or finger over a trackpad can trigger either task view to appear or the right click pestilence to appear... with read aloud  and all the other options.

This problem only appeared in windows 10.  in 20 years of Microsoft usage never had nonsense like this.. not in w7, not in wXP, not in w2000.

Someone frpm Microsoft suggested this was a hardware incompatibility on my computer.. which is nonsense because we have 3 different brands here and 8 different machines and they will all do it sooner or later... as soon as you upgrade to windows 10.

I had the same problem.  I type quickly and somehow turn this feature on, unknowingly, and was unable to turn it off.  I was fortunate to  engage with the assistive device staff at MS who explained that this feature is intended to help hearing challenged people.  Anyway, the tech person brought my attention to a blue X box in the right top of screen which appears when Read Aloud gets turned on.  Simply X out this blue box and Read Aloud shuts off.  Hope this helps.  I try to share this with everyone when I get a reply from my earlier post.
