I've got a random Amazon KFAUWI device showing up on my network as a device beside my driver for my router. Can anyone help? I am sure it is not a device in my house, as everything is set to something we've done or one of our names. Can anyone tell me if i'm stupid or if this is a general happening?

2018-11-04T12:04:26+00:00 The device on my network, id DOUGLAS. Its only info is Amazon. I was unable to delete it.
I do not know what it is but I went into properties and selected deny for all features of its properties which were set for allow.
Nothing is missing in the operation features.

2018-09-04T03:24:10+00:00 I had a similar device showing as a computer connected to my network. Turns out it was the device for my smart thermostat with NVEnergy using the name "AEOBC".
