Microsoft Store app missing.

What i did was the app reset. Now its nowhere . Not in Cortana, Apps and Features, etc. I ran the troubleshooter from Microsoft. both inbuilt and the one downloaded from MS. And I can get this message " you need a new app to open this ms-windows-store. "

 Is it completely gone? or can I reregister it ?

    Press Windows key + X

    Click Windows PowerShell (Admin)

    At the command prompt, type the following then hit Enter:

    Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Restart, then try launching the Store again.

    I had been trying all day, this was the perfect solution and easy and straight forward. Thanks a lot

    Thanks for your reaction. I made a mistake. After using the poweshell ADMIN I solved the problem.

    This is what comes up after entering the command you mentioned.

    The command Get-AppXPackage is not recognized as a command.

    I believe that msm Microsoft store has to be reinstalled?
