Microsoft Store app missing.

What i did was the app reset. Now its nowhere . Not in Cortana, Apps and Features, etc. I ran the troubleshooter from Microsoft. both inbuilt and the one downloaded from MS. And I can get this message " you need a new app to open this ms-windows-store. "
Is it completely gone? or can I reregister it ?

2019-12-03T20:44:51+00:00 Dec 3, 2019. After two attemps to reset computer on my own failed, MS Support helped me reset computer and fresh windows install. They tried many attempts at repair/fix without the complete reinstall with out successbut New complete install seems to have done the trick.
Now waiting for the tech to call back to check his work. Thank you Microsoft.
