Keep getting this error message when I go to sites that used to work to pay my bills.

Can’t connect securely to this page<br><br>This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner. <br><br> <br><br>Your TLS security settings aren’t set to the defaults, which could also be causing this error.<br><br><br>Try this:<br><br><ul><br><li><span style="color:#0066cc">Go back to the last page</span></li></ul>

    Hi,

    We follow the thread for us to provided better resolution. It seems you also have the same issue. This may occur if a new Windows update made changes on the Windows Store settings. To get your issue sorted out, we suggest that you perform a repair for Windows app by clicking this link.

    I went to the Microsoft store and they were able to fix it.  There was an issue with the new updates working with Microsoft EDGE. They fixed it by updating the privacy settings.

    Hi azbarbms,

    If you are using Internet Explorer, you may refer to the steps below:

    Microsoft Internet Explorer

    1. Open Internet Explorer
    2. From the menu bar, click Tools> Internet Options > Advanced tab
    3. Scroll down to Securitycategory, manually check the option box for Use TLS 1.1and Use TLS 1.2

    4. Click OK 5. Close your browser and restart Internet Explorer.

    To reset the browser, just click the Reset... option, click OK and then click Apply. After that kindly restart your computer.

    I'm having the same problem. I can get to the desired sites on another computer but not my desktop. I have the same problem if I use Chrome, Firefox or Edge. It is not a problem with the sites I'm trying to get to. In all cases I get: Can’t connect securely to this page

    I verified that my internet settings are the exact same as those on the computer that is not having this problem. The only difference is the desktop is connected to my company network and the laptop is not.
