Whatsapp stuck on loading screen - Windows phone 10

hi i recently updated whatsapp on my phone and now its stuck on loading screen even though i restarted and hard reset my phone. Any suggestion to solve this issue.

    I tried this months ago but it didn't work. Finally I did a complete system reset. Since I had no problems anymore.
