Whatsapp stuck on loading screen - Windows phone 10

hi i recently updated whatsapp on my phone and now its stuck on loading screen even though i restarted and hard reset my phone. Any suggestion to solve this issue.

    Hi Ron,

    I got no WhatsApp update until now. Nevertheless it works since this morning. All other apps which did not work, too.

    I have the same OS - version like you.

    Very strange...

    As of 8:30 p.m. today (18 Jan 2018) an update was installed to WhatsApp and now everything is working.  It restored messages and contacts that were saved to OneDrive.  It was necessary to reconnect computers using the web app version.  I have no idea what the problem was, or what was done to fix it, but at least for the moment it is working on my phone, which is a Lumia 640 running Windows 10 Mobile, Version 1709,  build 10.0.15254.158.

    Hi friends😐, I sent a mail to WhatsApp support team with reporting the issue as windows contact support is silent abut this issue... They replied me that.. They're working on it with their windows mobile team..Hope 😯 They will bring us a fix soon ..

    But there there are still the problems with other apps.

    I'm very sure that the solution must be in the OS itself. Let's hope that a solution for WatsApp will be also one for the rest.

    They have mentioned in the mail that its a issue with Microsoft OS .. That's why they are working with windows mobile team for fixing this. Then it'll fix all the apps..😃😃😃 🤓🤓
