I keep getting a message when I try and update, stating that; Uninstall this app now because it isn't compatible with Windows 10.
I've searched under Add/Delete Programs, File locations on C: and any other locations such as temp files etc, and can not locate this folder/file anywhere on my computer. How do I uninstall this app when I can't find it?

Same here, I had an Infineon folder on my desktop inside a folder with all my motherboard drivers. When I deleted it, I was able to install the update with no problem.
If anyone has a problem locating the Infineon Folder on their PC, the "Everything" app from voidtools.com really helps as it searches in seconds through every single file and folder on the computer.
The everything app worked fast and I resolved my problem
To anyone who is still struggling with this, i took EP7’s suggestion and installed the Everything App from voidtools, however, if you want to bypass that, Everything App found the infineon folder in my ASUS laptop under C: > eSupport > eDriver > Software > TPM.

That solution worked perfectly for me!
The odd thing is that the Windows Update thing appears to complain about the "Infineon TPM professional package" that allegedly would be installed on my Windows 10 computer and that would need to be uninstalled. In my case no such thing was installed; neither the list of installed programs shows such installation nor a presumptuous program 'Total Uninstaller' was able to deal with it. It simplyu was not installed and also was nowehre to be found anywhere on the drive that Windows 10 is installed upon.
After using the "Everything" program (also available as portable zip) it appeared that the only Infeon directory was hiding somewhere in a dark corner of my Archive back-up drive that contained drivers for a very old (Win XP) computer. Deleting those (in fact obsolete) folders did the trick and the Windows 10 fall update installed without any further complaints.
