My old games- spider solitaire, freecell, and mohjong titans.

Hello,

I upgraded from 7 to 10 and now I am missing my games file that had the old games such as spider solitaire, freecell, and mohjong titans.  Is there anyway to get them back other than what is in the app store?

From what I saw on the app store there are around 138 versions of Mohjong Titans, some with low ratings, some with high ratings.  I tried a couple different ones and found them to be covered with advertisements.  I would also like to play without having to be online all the time.

I would appreciate a note of how to get my regular games back on- or on how I can send Microsoft a note of disappointment.

    ET, I was almost ready to scold you for your response Shenan's post.  Then I read it.  Meow-ch.

    SOME of us like the old games...a lot.  I searched the Internet to try to find replacements that I could buy.  They are the same low-quality ones that Microsoft offered with Windows 10.  They are difficult to see and are very slow.

    I am very happy to be back to Windows 7 for a variety of reasons, not just the games.  The negative reviews of this new operating system are predominantly negative.  It's just new; not better.

    Your answer is a non-answer. If Microsoft took them out, they can put them back!

    But the chances of Microsoft doing so, having removed them starting with Windows 8, are practically nonexistent.

    You obviously don't know what you're talking about.  If one has already "upgraded" to Windows 10, the games are no longer on the computer.  You can't copy something that isn't there.  Most people did not know they would be taken away by Microsoft.

    You could just use one of the many methods out there to copy the old games to the new computer/OS - but if you feel that the loss of some free games (that could be gotten back) are enough reason to change OSes completely - you probably did not need a 'x86 based computer' anyway. ;-)
