My old games- spider solitaire, freecell, and mohjong titans.

Hello,

I upgraded from 7 to 10 and now I am missing my games file that had the old games such as spider solitaire, freecell, and mohjong titans.  Is there anyway to get them back other than what is in the app store?

From what I saw on the app store there are around 138 versions of Mohjong Titans, some with low ratings, some with high ratings.  I tried a couple different ones and found them to be covered with advertisements.  I would also like to play without having to be online all the time.

I would appreciate a note of how to get my regular games back on- or on how I can send Microsoft a note of disappointment.

    Heads up.....I just went to my photos to cull some old ones and it will bring them up nice and large.  HOWEVER, there is no ARROW button to go backward or forward!  After every single photo, you have to exit, then click on a new one, and do that over and over (I have thousands of photos).  I can't find the slideshow button.  There doesn't seem to be one.

    Thanks for this info, E.T.  I just realized the MS auto installed Windows 10 on my tablet and I will have to once again go through this process.

Chand,  I've been checking and found this link:  How to uninstall Windows 10 and go back to Windows 7 or 8 | PCWorld                                                                                                                                                    http://www.pcworld.com/article/2960692/windows/how-to-uninstall-windows-10-and-go-back-to-windows-7-or-8.html        The C:/Windows.old file if very important.  I did find it on my computer.  Just do a search as recommended.  Also, try to find your product code for Windows 7 before you start doing this, just in case, as recommended.  I haven't done this yet, but will give it a try tomorrow.  It does say you may have to rearrange some stuff, and that you should back up your data files.  I have all of mine on external drives, so I'm not worried about that.  It might be a good idea to keep your personal files on external drives anyway.  Let us know how yours does.
    2. Oh, and our IT Head says they will not upgrade to Windows 10 now because it is too unstable and there are too many kinks.  This is the IT head of a City Agency here.  They won't touch it.
    3. One more important thing:  you only have 30 days from when you installed W10 to revert back.  After that, you can't.
    4. Also, re password:  this morning it didn't show the name I normally use to sign in to my computer.  It showed only my email name.....AND it would only accept my email password for me to sign in to my computer.  Duh???  What in the world kind of junk is that!  Sure, I'm supposed to sign in to my computer with the same COMPLEX SECURE password I use on the web.  Good lord.

    Chandleraz, just Google "How to revert back to Windows 7, 8, etc) from Windows 10.   I think even MS has this info.  It was easy and did the trick EXCEPT that the icon is still there and will start to reload Windows 10 on it's own!  So, you also have to search for how to remove it (it involves deleting a specific file.  Sorry I can't remember the process but I had to do it a few times and finally got rid of the invasive file.  Good luck!

    So it's not just me? Most times you can go to the taskbar and delete that gray screen or go to a previous screen, but there've been a few times I got so frustrated with th whole thing that I shut off the power strip momentarily. Maybe it's not the best way, but it is effective.

    My newest peeve is that I can't access my security settings, because it doesn't like my new password or any of my previous passwords. They offered to send me a code to access it, but the code went to my Gmail account, which didn't recognize me because I'm "on a new computer" and it won't let me sign in with my Gmail password.

    Does anybody know if you can actually uninstall this  mess and go back to your original version or has that version disappeared into the ether, never to be seen again?
