I too paid for the solitaire collection premium edition which ran quite normally until after upgrading from Win 8.1 to Win 10.  Also there is no uninstall button to try and down load an upgraded version.  I have also tried all the suggestions in this thread but I still have the problem. I haven't logged onto the solitaire collection for some months now and like you I feel cheated as I have paid for the premium edition.

    Did you find a solution?

try finding the file "vorbis.acm" in "C:\Windows\System32". Rename the file to "vorbis0.acm" or any other name and try to run the app again.

After searching forever, I found this.

If you're still having the problem, try finding the file "vorbis.acm" in "C:\Windows\System32". Rename the file to "vorbis0.acm" or any other name and try to run the app again.

"Activation of app MicrosoftXboxApp_8wekyb3d8bbwe!MicrosoftXboxApp failed with error:this app does not support the contract specified or is not installed.  See the Microsft-Windows-TWinUI/Operational log fort additional information"

This is an error message that is meaningless to me.  It occurs over and over.  Each time I try to open a Solitaire Collection game, it acts like it is loading but just continues with the card circle going around and around.  I have left it for an hour doing that and nothing happens.
