Step 1: Run App Troubleshooter.
Note: The troubleshooter automatically fixes some issues that might prevent your apps from running, including suboptimal screen resolution and incorrect security or account settings.
- Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box and press Enter.

- Click on “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.
Step 2: Follow the steps provided in the given Microsoft help article if you haven't performed yet.
Troubleshoot problems with an app
I would suggest you to provide the event viewer log files to find out the exact cause that is causing the issue.
Follow the steps to collect the log files:
- Go to the Start Screen, type in Event Viewer. This will bring up the Event Viewer tile, Click to open the event viewer.
- In the left pane, expand out Windows Logs. Click on Application log and highlight the first event in the log and use your arrow keys to scroll down.
- Most of your event will be Information. You may see Yellow Warningsor Red Errors. If you see any red error, you can double click on it to bring it up and copy the contents to a document.
Please reply us with these information and the current status of your computer we will be happy to assist you further.

2015-11-19T18:45:08+00:00 I tried Method 1
Then tried Method 2 and it said it couldn't find a problem
Tried Method 3 but couldn't set up another account?/
If I open the Windows Store it tells me that the Microsoft Solitaire Game is already installed but then it goes through the motions of installing it, counting off the amount of memory it is using, and finishes. I then try clicking on "Activate" but nothing happens. The app shows up on my app list but clicking on it produces no response. Back the the Windows Store and repeat everything I mentioned at the beginning of this paragraph - same result.

2015-11-16T20:45:17+00:00 I have the solitaire collection premium edition which ran quite normally after upgrading from Win 8.1 to Win 10 some weeks ago, but around a week ago and quite suddenly the undo button disappeared along with the facility to go back without having to start a new game. I have tried the Microsoft technical guys who gave me the run around (not having a clue) and also tried all the suggestions in this thread, but alas the problem still persists.
I feel cheated as I have paid for the premium edition and I expect what I have paid for but nobody seems to have any idea what to do, so what next?
