Have not had any success getting out of this loop.
Have you tried a System Restore to a point(day before yesterday) before the update was installed. Be sure to disable Windows Update as soon as the restore is done to prevent the KB from being re-installed.
Then, manually download and install KB3035131 first, then KB3033929 second. If that goes well, you can turn Windows Update back on and all the others should go smoothly.
Thanks very much for your quick reply. Unfortunately, I am unable to do anything as I am unable to end the loop. That is the first step I need to accomplish to be able to move on to attempt anything further.
Unable to get to safe mode. Unable to boot from disk. Unable to get to dos prompt.
If you have an HP desktop/laptop try holding down the F8 key when you do a complete boot up or restart. Laptop/desktop will make beeping noises and get you to safemode window. If you do get to safemode try using the startup with networking option listed and don't run any other services, ie. messenger, facebook, skype.
- Run your antivirus program. You may have to do a search if not on desktop window.
- If no viruses make sure your antivirus program is up to date. In Norton you would run LiveUpdate. Norton will show an error: NORTON AUTO FiX with error codes 8504, 104. Stop what your doing and have Norton remote and fix. Very complicated and long process of uninstall Norton and reinstall, let them mess with your registry, that's if your using Norton. Norton will need your keycode or pin for a reinstall. I didn't see anywhere in your threads what antivirus/Windows? you may be using. Some of the Microsoft Updates installed on 3/23/15 caused issues with Windows 7 64 bit, Vista, XP, this is according to Norton Support on 3/27/15. I did the system restore point to get rid of updates and it made matters worse. I had no browser functions and it wasn't caused by a network/router issue. This is why using safemode gave me access to a functioning browser, ie. Internet Explorer 11 and then I called Norton for remote support and ask for level 2 support.
