'Battery Alert' appears before the 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.', however, ' Cooling Fan Alert' appears after 'press 'ESC' key for Start-up menu.'

Could you please take some of your precious time out to reply to my point about the 'system has detected a cooling fan is not operating properly'?

I only face 'the system has detected a cooling fan is not operating properly' whenever starting my laptop, although, as said, I have cleaned the old fan and heatsink.

When starting the computer, the following error appears on the screen:

The system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly.

Continued operation is not recommended and may cause unpredictable behavior that could result in random shutdown, data loss or possible system damage. The system will shut down in 15 seconds. To prevent shutdown and continue operation, press the Enter key now.

I followed all steps in this document to fix this error.

This document pertains to HP and Compaq notebook PCs.

When starting the computer, the following error appears on the screen:

The system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly.

In addition to this error, the system fan may spin faster and become louder.This error indicates that a problem exists related to the heat removal system. One of two possible events is occurring:

.The system fan is not spinning or not spinning properly.

.The temperature inside the case is too high and the fan cannot spin fast enough to remove the heat.

This error message occurs to help prevent costly damage to the computer.

To fix this error, use the following steps:

1. If you notice that the system fan spins and is blowing warm air from the computer,clean the exterior vents to remove dust buildup by blowing air through the vent openings. Do this while the computer is off. Dust can accumulate inside the vent opening and around internal cooling components, preventing the removal of heat.After dust has been removed, try turning on the computer to see if the error goes away.if not, continue to the next step.

Perform a hard reset. Performing a hard reset can reset recorded thermal values in memory and enable you to use the computer again — even if only for a short time to access and save any important files before service. 3. In some cases, updating the BIOS may help prevent this error from occurring. For information on how to update your BIOS, see Updating the BIOS .
4. Have the computer serviced to clean internal components and replace the system fan if necessary. Ensure that the following items are addressed during servicing:

.Thoroughly remove dust from all internal cooling components.

.Ensure that wires from the system and CPU fans are connected to the motherboard securely.

My questions are unending, but I hope you find a little more time to answer me:

I have been still asking you about this utility to know if my fan is working well or not since the error 'The system has detected a cooling fan is not operating properly' appears to me again, after I have blown the old fan with a compressed air and cleaned it with a paint thinner. Also, even I have cleaned the exterior vents in the heatskin/metal plate with the paint thinner and with  compressed air.  I.e. While dismantling my computer,  I thoroughly removed dust from all internal cooling components. Also, I ensured that wires from the system and CPU fans are connected to the motherboard securely.

I have not used the new fan since it would be costing me a lot (about $50 for just a fan, in eBay.com, the Fan/heatsink assemply is sold for $30), so I have returned it to the merchant, although I have hardly found it in Yemen because  HP Pavilion Notebooks parts are not sold in Yemen.

**Yes, the fan blows air out, and the air is fairly warm, but the air blown out by fan is not very quickely.**The fan is blowing warm air from the computer. 

Note: I only applied new thermal compound on both of only the tops of CPU and GPU. I didn't cover the entire tops of CPU and GPU with new thermal compound since  I only found that the old thermal compound was only put on the tops of CPU and GPU. It is not put on the entire tops of CPU and GPU.

Desktops do not have an integrated card on the motherboard, they are either integrated into the CPU like your laptop or the use the older style AGP or newer PCIe slots.

Secondly:

Could you please not  ignore my points below?

I have Desktop Computer(Intel P 4, 512MB of RAM(DDR), and Graphics Card with 256MB of RAM)

My P 4 has a motherboard integrated Graphics Card(onboard(Internal) VGA), Audio Card, and Network adapter. The motherboard manufacturer is Asrock(775i65G(REV: G/A 2.12) with integrated Graphics Card , and  AGP slot to which a removable graphics card can be installed.

The amount of memory for the internal GPU is set in the BIOS.

Thirdly: There is no memory amount for the internal GPU set in the BIOS at all. There is only: Processor Type: Intel (R) Core(TM) i5-2410M. CPU@2.30GHz.

Fourthly: Why do you think that the internal Intel GPU is not stated in the spec of my notebook, only this 'Video Graphics:: AMD Radeon HD 6770M (1 GB DDR5)' is said in the spec. 

Fifthly: Do you think that AMD Radeon HD6770 is the discrete GPU integrated into motherboard?

Intel, You must set the BIOS to disable the internal/Intel GPU and just use the HD6770.

Finally:(This is a little bit longer)

Although there is no option at all in my BIOS to set internal/Intel GPU to disable, I would like you to let me know:::

1- Why must I set that? If I had set that, then I could be no longer able to switch between graphics 'power-saving GPU, which is Intel GPU, and high-performance GPU, which is 'discrete GPU/HD6770.

2- I can switch between graphics (IGUP) and (DGPU) without seeing Switchable Graphics Mode in my BIOS

I am nearly sure that there is no option to set the Intel GPU to disable in my BIOS. I have tried that before(could you please take some time to look at my points below).

I can switch between two graphics 'Intel graphics and ATI Radeon Graphics', although the ' that option 'switchable graphics mode' found in the third screen shot below is not seen in my BIOS at all.

In this screen shot below, Intel graphics is only active.

In this screen shot below, ATI Radeon graphics is only active.

But I didn't find any striking difference between when integrated GPU is only active and when the Discrete (dGPU) is only active. Thus, why should I choose one other than the other?

Yes, I really couldn't find any option to 'Selecting a Switchable Graphics Method, Dynamic Scheme or Fixed Scheme. Is it because  switchable graphics mode is not seen in my BIOS?

As discussed in the article, that switching between two graphics needs to update the BIOS until seeing Switchable Graphics Mode in BIOS. However, I have not updated the BIOS, but I can switch graphics (IGUP) and (DGPU) without seeing Switchable Graphics Mode in BIOS.

Besieds, I really have updated my BIOS from version: F.05 into F.1B, but the switachable Graphics mode in this screen shot above wasn't found at all. Also, there is no Intel Smart Tecnology in BIOS as it there  in the screen shot above. I don't know why.
