Hi,

i have a cellphone  Nokia 6300 and Nokia PC Suite does not work on Windows 10 32-bit.

When i connect cellphone and PC via USB cable,PC doesn't recognize it at all.

From another side,PC Suite works fine on Windows 7 32-bit.

PC Suite version is 7.1.180.94. I have tried another version too ( 3.8.54 ) but it's the same thing.

Use Mass memory or Media transfer mode instead of the default Nokia Suite USB mode. Change the mode in the phone menu Settings > Connectivity > USB. This will let you copy files between the phone and Windows 10.

If you want to sync data to Nokia Suite, try connecting the phone and Windows 10 via the Bluetooth connection instead of USB (if Bluetooth is supported by your PC). If the Bluetooth connection is properly established, you can use it for connecting and syncing your phone with Nokia Suite.

Wow I was just in that website before I made my last post to be sure I didn't give you the wrong information.

I never had that to happen before on PC, But I did notice that happening between Android and IPhone OS.

The Web search turns up two different link from two different OS. Ok I just came from the site, did you see

    any of these downloads

    http://winusb-drivers-x86.software.informer.com/

    http://lumia-uefi-blue-driver.software.informer.com/

    http://emergency-download-driver.software.informer.com/

    http://winusb-coinstallers.software.informer.com/

Not sure where you looked but all was there just now, you must have clicked on an ad download by mistake or

    something?

Hi, Clearly you have driver issues with in your device please make sure that all of your updates that's available are in fact updated weekly if not daily because that could be a connectivity issue in itself. NokiaPC Suite does work and I'm using it in a HP notebook PC after the drivers I download. Type in the drivers I had list and lookup each one for downloading. In

    www.software.informer.com.

NOTE: When Installing any Drivers or Programs to your PC be sure to use a recovery point before installing anything

you not really 100% comfortable with installing on your PC so you can go back to the point of where your PC state

was before you installed the Drivers or Programs that you had issues with.

My Nokia PC Suite works. I can use slower Bluetooth. Connecting my phone in "Mass Storage" works perfectly as well.

There is problem described here in more details: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mobiledevices/forum/mdnokian-mdupdate/nokia-808-windows-10-usb-drivers/eb784d4c-cf69-45ee-aeb5-3ec3be3e66fc

I have no connectivity issues in my laptop and all drivers are up to date and checked weekly by Dell and Intel.

Software Informer returns me NO expected results when searching, for instance, for "winusb compatible driver 1.1.9.1439" and returns a list of  "XTick" links instead.
