printer not showing in devices and printers

thanks I have now resolved the issue by installing hp smart print

window key + r

type devmgmt.msc

Right click on your computer nameclick on "Scan for hardware changes".

Hiya I have found the problem I have installed HP Smart Print and all is now back to normal Don't understand it used to work fine without smart print

I remember msdos never had these problems then I also remember when you searched for url you went straight to web site that's progress lol

Hiya have checked blue tooth has started

when I click on run as administrator  a box appears very briefly and disappears

I have had a look about and it appears that is some cases the problem can be fixed by turning on services etc but in other cases this did not work.

It appears that another solution is that it has something to do with Internet Explorer missing DLL files. These are old links but maybe reinstalling Explorer might do the trick or reverting to Explorer 10/9.
