SFC cannot fix corrupted files in Windows 7 -- Windows Update for May 2015?

I believe we have a system wide problem!  No, I am not kidding.  I routinely run SFC on computers and it almost always returns a report of no problems or not often but sometimes reports that it found problems and fixed them.  Rarely, it reports corruption found and not fixed.  In those instances the only way I know to fix this in Windows 7 is to re-build the OS.

 In the past several days I have run SFC on 5 different computers all running Windows 7, but in different places, used by different people. 

All report SFC found corrupted files and was unable to fix them.

I do not know if there is corruption, if SFC is itself incorrect, let alone how to fix this.  There is suspicion that the May 2015 patches may have caused this.

    It is specifically KB3022345

    Any* windows 7 computer that has had Windows Update KB3022345 installed will produce unfixable corrupted system files message.

    1. Control Panel, Uninstall a Program, View Installed updates.
    2. WAIT a long time till you see the green bar across the top complete its trip
    3. Type KB3022345 into the search box
    4. When it comes up, uninstall it.
    5. close the window
    6. Start globe, All Programs, Windows Update, Check for Updates.
    7. When it finishes find KB3022345, right-click, choose hide.
    8. Run SFC again and you will find no problems

    *There may be exceptions

    I have this same exact problem.  I run sfc /scannow and get errors that can't be fixed.  I do a System Restore to before the updates were installed, and I am fine.

    Got to be a problem with one or more of the May 2015 updates.

    KB3022345 does corrupts your system files. When installed the System File Checker (sfc /scannow) will show that there are corrupted files which cannot be repaired. Once KB3022345 has been uninstalled if you run scannow again it will report no violations. (I has this problem, although I did not get the blue screen. May I discovered the problem before it had chance to mess things up too much!)

    Thanks Go The Power, I tried a couple things people here recommended but it looks like i still have the problem:

    1. tried uninstalling KB3022345 - still corrupted
    2. tried your SFCFix - allowed Windows Update to work and SFC itself couldn't find any issues despite the report from your tool

    Update:

    Thought I was in the clear when i was able to get a security update installed. Although after I tried another update, I got the same error Code 80073712 again. Ran SFC and no integrity errors were found this time. Anyone know what's causing the Code 80073712 this time?

    Is it possible that this update corrupted my registry?  After it was installed, i got the blue screen of death due to a corrupted registry and now my computer will not start.

    Ps- my computer was clean with no problems prior to this update.
